Refund Policy

OUR CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ENROLMENT POLICIES

The Pallet Business offers a Refund Policy which is Fair and Equitable

Upon enrolling in any of our course(s) a student is entering a legal agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.

Please note, changes in your circumstances are not the responsibility of The Pallet Business and neither can The Pallet Business be held liable for changes in your circumstances.

In a situation where a student wishes to cancel or change their enrolment, and as a measure of goodwill, The Pallet Business will allow the following options. A student may only take up one of these options once.

Please read the following options and apply in writing to the Course Instructor:

Within 24 Hours:

Any person that enrolls in the course at a discounted rate or that uses a promo code will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Below is our refund policy for students that paid full price for the course:

For a period of 1 day from enrollment, a partial refund will be given on the amount of enrollment fees paid at the time of cancellation. The student will be charged an administrative fee of $150.  The remaining amount will be returned to the student.  The student must notify The Pallet Business Staff in writing and the letter must be received within the 1-day period, either by email, or mail. If more than 50% of the course is completed, NO refund will be issued.

If you apply for a refund after 1 day our refund policy does not apply.
